A great way to avoid wrinkles and dry skin is simply to eat an orange.
Fact: According to the May 26th edition of the Daily Herald, some researchers say the vitamin C in oranges will help keep your face from wrinkling. Women 40 and older who had great amounts of vitamin C were 11 percent less likely to develop fine lines and flaky skin, says a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The May 2008 issue of Women’s Health reports that a study in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that runners who got less that 30 percent of their total calories from fat were two and a half times as likely to sustain an overuse injury as those who got 30 percent or more. Bottom line, Burning more than you take in can lead to poor bone density, which ups injury risk. Therefore, eat plenty of omega-3's, calcium, and Vitamin D! |
Avoid radical weight loss efforts in order to fit in to summer swimwear. Jumping on some restricted diet typically limits needed nutrition and can reduce energy levels and ultimately trigger overeating. Instead, stay focused on eating whole rich foods and avoid the highly processed food that have more sugar than necessary.
