Nicki Anderson's Real Life Weight Loss System combines three time-tested elements in an innovative and inspiring system:

Nicki wanted to create more than just a system; she wanted to help women realize an alternative to unsuccessful diet programs. The combination of one-on-one training sessions and the Winning Sessions are the motivation and support that women need and rarely get with any other weight loss program. Most fitness and weight loss systems – even many that are aimed at women – are created by businessmen. Real Life Weight Loss is different from the rest as Nicki Anderson took her weight loss experience and turned it into a program designed to help women get past diets and discover a healthy living alternative.

Initiation Fee

For 12-week program: $99.00 which includes assessment / 12 week Journal / Pedometer / Weekly newsletter / Email interaction

Weekly Investment

3 days per week of: 2-50 minute exercise classes with Q and A, 1 hr class including 30 minutes exercise with 30 minute lecture/interactive/nutrition/planning / 99.00 per week

(Initiation fee plus full 12 week program paid in full receives $50.00 off!)

With the guidance of the award winning staff at Reality Fitness, Real Life Weight Loss combines exercise classes, interactive lectures, workbooks and practical life application to help students achieve, once and for all permanent healthy changes and a healthy body. At the end of 12 weeks, the student who has made the greatest changes will receive their initiation fee back in full! Other participants will receive a free reassessment. Classes start May 1st.

Nicki Anderson's Real Life Weight Loss combines a personalized, real life exercise strategy with fitness education – so you learn how to get the most out of the effort you put in, as well as how to make exercise a part of your real life. Your personal trainer will educate you on proper exercises for your fitness level and lifestyle.

Each week join other women who are also involved in the Real Life Weight Loss System. You will share successes and tips. You will give the support you can and get the support you need. And each week, Nicki will lead a discussion on a variety of real life, real value topics including:

  • Myths and Facts – What is real when it comes to weight loss?
  • Body Image – How do you see yourself?
  • Balancing Exercise and Healthy Eating
