Green Beans with Red and Yellow Peppers

1 bag frozen green beans¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic
¼ c. chopped onion
1 medium sized red bell pepper
1 medium sized yellow bell pepper
In a large sauté pan, pour in soy sauce, garlic, onion and stir together
for about 5 minutes.
While that is cooking FINELY chop peppers and add to mixture and cook all together
for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook frozen green beans in the microwave for
about 8 minutes until they are almost cooked through. Drain and place beans
in with mixture and stir together for another 10 minutes. Serving Suggestion:
Place beans in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. blue cheese. Serves 6
