Super Bowl Healthy Snack Options

As everyone gears up for the Super Bowl, the idea of unhealthy snacks is looming and threatening our ability to "Just Say No!" Following are some snack ideas that you can bring to a party or serve at your own party!

 

1. Fruit and Cheese Tray

2. Pistachios

3. Edamame (You can buy frozen edamame and heat up in a microwave right before serving. Or you can buyed shelled edamame nuts, yum!)

4. Healthy Trail Mix with mixed nuts, raisins, dates whole wheat puffed cereal.

5. Grape tomatoes with fresh mozarella cheese with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

6. Apples and cheese

7. Vegetable Tray with heart healthy dip ( I usually just bring veggies and plain yogurt)
