Reality Fitness is a one-of-a kind private personal training studio designed to offer the finest in personal training by providing the best in customer service and staff.

Because our studio is a more intimate environment than a traditional health club, we make it a point to get to know each and every client that comes to our studio. The quality of your experience is directly related to the quality of staff and environment, and we focus heavily on both.

Our amazing personal training team each offers their own, personality, specialty and expertise which meets the needs of our diverse clientele.

Our clients include, weekend warriors, seniors, sports specific students, deconditioned/inactive populations and athletes. We also cater to those seeking weight loss, suffering from back pain, diabetes, chronic knee pain and/or musculoskeletal imbalances.

We are here to help our clients realize their fitness goals, be it improving speed or agility to simply losing some weight and living pain free. It's all about improving your quality of life and we look forward to helping you achieve your goals.


Private One-on-One / Partner Personal Training

Our one-of-a-kind private personal training rooms allow for optimum privacy during one-on-one or partner personal training sessions. With each private room, your trainer will offer the ultimate attention and focus during your personal training session.

For clients seeking general health improvement, weight loss, and overall increased fitness, we will include the following upon your first visit:

Getting Started

  • Health history evaluation
  • Fitness assessment which includes: Flexibility test, Strength test, Cardiovascular test, Postural assessment, body composition
  • Nutritional background

You'll Receive

  • A complementary tote and bottled water
  • Your choice of music with our unique set up of iPod speakers allowing you to listen to your own music or enjoy your trainers' selection for that days activity.
  • Review of goals and success every 8-10 weeks.

Your Coach / Trainer

  • Nationally Certified and/or 4 year health based degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Professional and passionate

Accountability is the reason personal training is so successful. The exercise experience is enhanced and knowing that you have someone in your corner cheering you on to your next weight loss goal or the finishing line of your first marathon, your trainer will be your best ally in fitness.

Group Training

This is a wonderful option for those seeking quality training, fun and camaraderie but less expensive than one-on-one personal training. Group training is great for those seeking regular motivation and education (i.e., golf & tennis conditioning, senior citizen training, athletic conditioning, circuit training) while building friendships and accountability.

Group Personal Training sessions are led by nationally certified Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. Group Personal Training sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and we will direct you toward the appropriate group for your needs, fitness level and goals!

Cardio Room

Meet with an experienced, qualified personal trainer that will assess your current lifestyle with an in-depth questionnaire and one-on-one interview. Once your consultant has reviewed your current lifestyle and discussed your goals, your consultant will design a program to help achieve stated goals. Weekly 30-minute meetings with your lifestyle consultant will help keep you on track, provide accountability, review your successes and challenges and ultimately guide you toward permanent, healthy changes.

Lifestyle Consulting

Meet with an experienced, qualified personal trainer that will assess your current lifestyle with an in-depth questionnaire and one-on-one interview. Once your consultant has reviewed your current lifestyle and discussed your goals, your consultant will design a program to help achieve stated goals. Weekly 30-minute meetings with your lifestyle consultant will help keep you on track, provide accountability, review your successes and challenges and ultimately guide you toward permanent, healthy changes.

Fit in Fifty

This personal training session includes 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training. These sessions will be a higher intensity and ideal for those who are looking to lose unhealthy weight and recoup a strong and healthy body. All clients will require a physician's clearance prior to training if there are any pre-existing issues. We require a fitness assessment prior to personal training in order to better realize goals set. Fit in Fifty sessions are $80.00 per private training session. Fit Fifty-Fifty

This personal training session includes a 30 minute strength training session followed up by 30 minute cardio session. For the first 30 minutes you will be with your trainer going through a strength training program, for the second 30 minutes, you will be on your own following the trainer specified program. This program is very efficient for all fitness levels. If you have any pre-existing issues, we ask that you check with your physician before starting this program. Cardio and Strength

This 60 minute class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels. This class includes a 5-10 minute dance warm-up followed by series of strengthening exercises. Class utilizes bands, tubes, balls and free weights for a complete workout. High energy and best for those that have no serious limitations.

  • Cost for 4 classes is $99.00 or 8 classes for $195.00.

Circuit Training

Rachel Simpson offers a heart pumping class that moves the beginner as well as the more active student. With circuit training you'll keep your body moving, your heart pumping while having fun. Rachel brings a nice variety of exercises that are designed to be appropriate for beginners or those that have more experience exercising. If you're looking to burn some calories, increase strength, stamina and coordination, this class is for you!

  • Maximum 6 participants per class.
  • 6 week classes $149.00 (1x per week) $135 (2x per week) $129.00 (3x per week)

Conditioning

This 60 minutes class is appropriate for all levels. It begins with a warm up, and combines body conditioning and balance using stability balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, bands and more. This class is designed to help with overall strength and flexibility of the body to enable attendees to function more efficiently with day to day tasks.

  • Cost for 4 week class, 2x per week is $195.00.
