I signed up for an introductory 6-week program to see if my back felt better or worse as a result. Within 3 weeks, I was starting to notice that my back was not screaming at me during the day and I was sleeping better at night. My trainer created a program designed just for me and she's always adding new things into the mix to keep it interesting. I feel better overall, have lost some weight and inches and have increased my strength and stamina. – M.J. Connor
