Our one-of-a-kind private personal training rooms allow for optimum privacy during one-on-one or partner personal training sessions. With each private room, your trainer will offer the ultimate attention and focus during your personal training session.

For clients seeking general health improvement, weight loss, and overall increased fitness, we will include the following upon your first visit:
Getting Started:
- Health history evaluation
- Fitness assessment which includes: Flexibility test, Strength test, Cardiovascular test, Postural assessment, body composition
- Nutritional background
- Health/ fitness goals including past successes and challenges and current lifestyle
You'll Receive:
- A complementary tote and bottled water
- Your choice of music with our unique set up of iPod speakers allowing you to listen to your own music or enjoy your trainers' selection for that days activity.
Your Coach/Trainer:
- Nationally Certified and/or 4 year health based degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Professional and passionate
What to Expect during Your Session (varies according to fitness level and goals)
- Strength training
- Cardiovascular conditioning (based on goals)
- Functional training
- Injury prevention
- Core stability
- Posture development
- Weight management (based on goals)
- Facilitated stretching
- Sport specific plyometrics (based on goals)
Review of goals and success every 8-10 weeks.
