Eating Food At Night
It’s a long held belief that if you eat food after a certain time at night, you’ll gain weight.
Remember that burning a calorie is burning a calorie and no matter what time it is, if you consume more than you burn, you’ll gain weight.
If you eat fewer calories even while watching Letterman, but burn off more, you’ll lose weight.
It’s all about checks and balances. Just remember that sometimes at night, our defenses are down and we tend to eat mindlessly, out of boredom and thus consume extra, unnecessary calories.
