As the obesity numbers continue to climb and inactivity is still the norm, now is the time to take action and help people change their lives once and for all. As a 25-year fitness professional, I consider it my responsibility to help others find the route to a healthy, active lifestyle. The only way that can be done is with sound education, solid support and clear direction. Reality Fitness has designed a challenge to motivate, educate and help people realize their weight loss goals once and for all. Are you up for the challenge? Here's all you have to do!
- Attend Reality Fitness' informational presentation on the myths and facts of weight loss and what "secrets" you need to know to be successful for the long-term. It's all about sustainability. You know how to lose weight, but can you keep it off? (There is NO FEE or COMMITMENT for presentation.)
- There are 3 types of programs available. 3-30minute sessions a week with a trainer, 2 30-minute sessions with a trainer and 1-30 minute sessions with a trainer.
- Each participant will be given a 2-week jump start nutrition program followed by a book that contains one of the most reasonable nutrition plans out there.
- Each participant will receive a motivational "quote" and fitness/weight loss tip at the beginning of each week.
- If you join the Reality Fitness Fan Page, there will be opportunities to discuss progress, challenges and successes!
- There is no program out there that supports long-term success. Most "diets" only offer a short-term solution with no support after the "diet" ends or weight is lost.
- Reality Fitness Challenge will provide support, education and the motivation you need to stick with a program.
- Every 3 months, the participant who has had the most success with keeping the weight off will receive (3) 30-minute personal training sessions. (Winner will be selected in a drawing). All clients will be assessed prior to starting the program.
- Your only obligation is to show up to the informational meeting and the rest will be clearly explained.
