Our Trainers

Because the holidays are so rushed and everyone is busy, we just celebrated our holiday party this week. Lots of great conversation, a chance to relax and get to know each other better and catch up on the busy happenings.

After lunch, I was thinking about what a great attitude each and every one of our trainers has. They each bring a special interest and expertise to their clients at Reality Fitness. From technical expertise to sensitivity to weight and motivation issues, they are all very unique individuals. They all bring an aire of excitement and enthusiasm for their clients.

I hope everyone can come in and experience the same enthusiasm I felt at that party.
